Since there is a "CE" mark on the camera it would be RHOS compliant.

I thought you need specific certification for "RHOS" to sell in EU.

In order to "legally" affix a CE mark to a product and offer it for sale in an EU market, the product has to be compliant with all the directives that are applicable to the product category. In the case of an electronic camera (still or motion), this includes RHOS compliance.
