Some crazy guy named Joe Stack wrote this long, boring suicide note stating how bankrupt he is and how upset he is at the IRS. Burns his house down before he hops in his own personal plane (which he shouldn't have if he's BANKRUPT) and crashes into some Federal buildings about 5 miles out from downtown Austin.
