Batch export seperate clips?

So, I am wanting to run a whole bunch of footage out of RedCine-X build 104 as separate clips. The only way I seem to be able to color correct the clips and then export them each as a separate clip is to drag them all back from the timeline into a bin and then export the bin. I use the setting to make each clip use it's original filename. If I set it up to export the timetime with the same setting, it exports the entire timeline as one clip. Is there any way to export the clips from the time batch wise with them each coming out as a separate clip? It probably wouldn't kill me to drag back to the bin, but that also starts to get confusing and I'd like to avoid that.

Use build 158:

Once you have your timeline graded as desired, hit Cmd-A (select all) and all the timeline clips will be selected. Then when you export, choose "Timeline Selected Clips".
