And for those who may not know

I think as long as you are an independent owner Operator or company the exemption applies.

"Video and camera equipment are duty free, in fact most things manufactured in the US are duty free. When having a RED Camera system shipped, make sure the tariff code (9002.11.10) is placed on the box(s) This will help customs to identify the contents of the box is camera equipment and hopefully it will be released sooner than later.

The problem is that the camera is manufactured in Singapore not in the USA according to the photo in the following post... :

Therefore it wouldn't be US tariffs that would apply.

My HVX in made in Japan but I bought it from the states and its is covered under the above.
