They look like B-Speeds.
Are they from B-mount converted, and who did the conversion I wonder?

Yes these are 35mm Lenses. Yes still available.
Yes they are B-speeds. They were converted to PL MOUNT with 80mm fronts and Focus Gears, completely overhauled by Duclos Lenses. Beautiful lenses!
