Hello Everyone,

I am a Undergraduate Student Film maker here at UCLA, and also a RED Owner (6000 Series)

We are doing some final pickup shots for our student film intro entitled Just Another lost Soul. This coming Monday (March 8th) we are going to be shooting aerially over downtown Los Angeles around 12:00pm for 2 hours and then later that night for about an hour. We will be using our RED for the day, to match to the film, but I was hopping that we might be able to find an MX Sensor Red for the night stuff. We will just need the body, for the later afternoon/night part of the shoot.

Also we normally shoot on Nikon glass, but I am thinking about renting a lens early Monday, and i was wonder if anyone had any suggestions. We will either be shooting over the shoulder or on a Tyler mount out of the side of the Jet Ranger.

As we are a student project, our budget is quite low, but we are going to be submitting the film to the student academy awards on April 1st, and we will also be working with Light Iron, so maybe some of the shots might be integrated into the new RED NAB Reel, but we will see how it all looks.

Thanks for Listening,

Just Another Lost Soul
