Subtitles in Final Cut Pro

Hi,

i am looking for a tool which can translate WORD or EXCEL sheets with subtitles in a format which final cut pro can read, e.g.

Timecode IN
Timecode OUT
Text

so i don't have to manually fiddle around - any tips?
