To convert the RDM (XML) to another format would be easy but what would we need to create a CDL, ??
Any plans for CDL comaptible values in the RMD file that could easily be extracted
cheers

The base SDK parameters are not CDL compatible (with the possible exception of saturation) but the lift/gamma/gain parameters are.

ok, but surely there must be a way to convert the values from one system to another:
I understand that CDL has all the same parameters, saturation, tint, etc...
there must be a way to take RDM numbers run them through a few mathematical calculations and spit out a CDL on the other side?

Everything in the RDM works together specifically to provide both RAW development and look development tied together. CDL is designed to work on RGB data which in princilpe, order of operations, etc is different that RAW development.
