Hopefully this question won't sound dumb :)
If you would like to have a 10bit output on Dreamcolor from FCP, Color and After Effects and you're using only RED footage (2k), would it be best to have RED Rocket™ or Kona3 or Multibridge for accurate colors? Of course, taking into consideration all other functions they can provide, not just delivering the signal to Dreamcolor. I'm trying to weigh the pros/cons and figure out what would be the best thing to invest in because we have a need for some kind of system that would provide at least decent color accuracy for grading(Color) and vfx(AE). I looked at the Sanjin's set-up and it looks great but as I understand it, he cannot work in Color or AE and still have output on Dreamcolor, right?
