No sound on transcode export

Everything appears set correctly for prores444 transcode. The sound tracks are enabled and play fine in the clip player. The setting appear correct in the export window. On export, resulting quicktime has no sound.

Has anyone else experienced this and come up with a solution?

Any help needed!
