Hi,

I'm a Freelance TV/Film Editor/ex-cam asst. that's interested in
getting back on-set. I've done DIT work for a few friends on their
short films, but i think I want to really start doing it in earnest
between editing gigs. Any ideas on where I can take a proper DIT
course?

Thanks guys!

Get This:
http://www.red101dvd.com/

The RED101 DVD provides over 3 hours of material, PDF menu guides, and is hosted by Kelley with an engaging and entertaining style.
It's quite comprehensive and a good starting point if you like an audio / visual way of learning.

I highly recommend Reducation.

www.reducation.net

I attended the first session and found it to be well worth the time and money.

Cheers,

What about taking an apprenticeship with a working DIT? It's free (minus your free labor).
