build 30.4.1 install?

in the instructions it says
"For Mysterium sensor based cameras, format a CF card using Build 20 or 21."

I already installed 30.3.1 does that mean I have to downgrade back to 21 format a cf card then install 30.4.1?

not necessary. format with 30.3.1 and then put the build on it.
