Help! Trying to change over to Nikon Mount from P/L!

Help! I am trying to change over to my Nikon Mount on my Red ONE but its not working like it used to (before it was sent in for the audio board upgrade). Now the electronic lens cable thingy is connected to the P/L mount and I can't figure out the correct way to take it off! Can anyone help me?

Just try to pull it off gently by holding it on the plastic connector.
