Avid DS v.10.3 on HPxw8400 WinXP64

We successfully installed the Red Rocket card with latest drivers and firmware update. However, when we launch DS, this error pops up during launch:

-------------------
Red Rocket Error
Driver and/or firmware incorrect, versions installed:
Driver version: 0.0.0.0
Firmware version: 0.0.0.0

Minimum versions required:
Driver version: 1.0.10.0
Firmware version: 1.1.4.28
The R3D parser is passing to CPU mode.
-------------------

When I open Red Rocket properties in the device manager, it says I'm running driver version 1.1.4.0.

Thoughts? Comments?

Thanks in advance,
-dan

As a followup, AVID says we need to use driver v.1.0.10.0 in order to work with the DS but when I go to install that version, I get this error:

Cannot install this hardware.... Driver not intended for this platform.

Awesome.

From DS Google List:

Daniel,

The RED driver includes both the Windows XP x86 (32-bit) and x64 (64-bit) drivers but the installation steps might slighlty differs depending of the operating system. For x86, refer to the RED PDF install instructions but for x64 refer instead to the steps on the Avid DS Support Center website.

The 32-bit driver is used for Avid MetaFuze because that is a 32-bit only application. The 64-bit driver is obviously required for Avid DS.
