Corrupt 3RD - RED tool to check?

Are there any RED tools to check and fix a corrupt 3RD?
This file is 1.5 years old and it will not open anymore and I'm not sure if its all the changes RED have made to the software or if the file is actually corrupt. I think its isn't corrupt as it worked fine in the past.
