RCX Ëxporter setup task failed!

Hi everyone
Using Core i7 920 PC to export R3D 4k 16x9 25p to any format in RCX 183 win, I get Ëxporter setup task failed! massage in Batch monitor, any idea?
I am trying to export MXF DNxHD 36 1080p 25 for offline, if you chose 1080p 25 on Metafuze it will be DNxHD 40 and not 36 is that a problem?
at the moment i am using Avid metafuze in my workflow because it is fast and uses all my computer power.

It could be a path problem. Where is redcinex running from?
Maybe try unzipping again and putting it into a different location like at c:\
