I need advice asap....

I am trying to process footage using RocketCineX and Red Rocket. The problem I'm having is that on certain clips (possibly with dropped frames?) RocketCineX diplays the below image....

If I export a tiff of the same frame, it looks normal. Also, after encountering these frames, RocketCineX will not playback any other clips and when the program is restarted, only displays black. It takes a full shutdown/boot up for RocketCineX to work again.

Has anyone encountered this? Any help/advice is greatly appreciated.

Is it possible to either try using a different version of RC-X or uninstall the rocket temporarily to export the problematic clips?

Which slot is the Rocket in?

Red Rocket is in the 16x slot. I moved if from the machine it was in to a new machine. I reinstalled the driver, ect. It will play back other clips fine, It's just having issues with this magazine in particular. Could it be a corrupt copy? What usually displays in RocketCineX if there are dropped frames?
