Hello, My Name is John Vikias! I'm learning how to use the RED ONE camera as camera assistant/ DIT in greece. Since Yesterday I'm having a problem with the camera.Yesterday we updated the firmware at the latest release build 30, and since then we cannot use a shutter speed slower than 1/48. we are filming at 4K 2:1 at 24 frames per second. The week before we could, we've had build 20.1.3. Thank in advace

Have you turned on OPEN GATE by any chance?

sounds exactly like open gate is checked. Back in the day, if you had open gate selected, and tried to dial to a 360 shutter it would allow you, but would still have a 180 shutter. Needless to say, stuff would be underexposed.
