A three year old is in the bath and as three year olds do, his hands are wandering......grasping on to his, urmmm, plums he asks his mom;

"Mom, are theses my brains"?

That's one variation on the punchline I always told as....

"Well, give him a cookie and I'm sure he'd let you"........
