According to the Red website (http://www.red.com/lenses), we can have a RED 300m F2.8 LENS for a mere $4950. :innocent:

300m is 300000mm, which not only makes it by far the longest telephoto lens ever, but also the most powerful refractor telescope in case you're into astronomy.

Only downside is the bulk. At f:2.8, the diameter will have to be more than 107m.

Be careful if your using a 300m lens as if it were to accidentally be pointed at the Sun, the resultant image would yield a temperature nearly adequate to begin a fusion cycle. My suspicion is that exposing ones RED to these types of temperatures is contraindicated and may void your warranty.
