DIT needed for 2-day shoot in Montreal. We will need someone well-versed with Red Rocket and have their own equipment.

Footage will be shot on the RED as well as the Canon 7D DSLR.

Process involves the following:
1. Doing a one light
2. Transcoding the R3D's coming off the camera to ProRes 422 then loading those clips into a Final Cut timeline
2A. Transcoding the H264 Quicktime MOVs from the Canon DSLR to ProRes 422 then loading those clips into a Final Cut timeline
3. Exporting the timeline as a ProRes 422 self contained movie, and then using Compressor to transcode and compress the ProRes into MPEG 2 video and DVD audio
4.Burn DVD dailies at the end of the day or early the next day.

If you are interested, please contact Charles at charles@petrolad.com.

Thanks!

I've worked for Charles a couple of times, he's a good guy.

BTW that work flow description looks awfully familiar Charles :-)
