Not 160 fps or 120 fps.

The 2K 100 fps feature is not enabled yet.

Hi motivity,

I remember your great work from the hvx forums. question.. have you ordered a red yet?

as red guy said, it has not been enabled yet...and so far it is going to be 96fps to compact flash card using redcode raw at 2k. Sure beats 60fps at 720,

Red.com states up to 100fps for Redcode (or did a few days ago), so I have my fingers crossed that nothing changes :)

Thanks Tonaci...we haven't had a chance to post much footage but we are always shooting.

I'm a little exhausted with shooting on 35mm adapters for 2 years now.

I haven't purchased a Red yet. I am looking to split cost with another production company.

All I know is on the spec sheet on the website yesterday said it was possible....apparently that has all been updated since my comment.

It's been fun to see some of the footage...hopefully you fellows that have one in your mitts starting shooting some cool stuff.

I am really interested in seeing some shallow DOF footage. I saw one screen grab of a girl who looked like a guy but that was it.

If you ever hit up south cali just pm me and I'll let you test RED out. Just take my advice and throw down for a reservation (fully refundable at any time). Worry about the logistics later as the longer you wait, the longer it will be until you receive the camera. If it turns out you need to change plans, just ask for your refund.

As soon as Blair (319 red) gets back, we'll be shooting more stuff and I'll post it up. Shallow depth of field..no problemo. In the meantime Evin's stuff should interest you:

Not sure if you guys shoot nikon mount on your m2, but Red's nikon mount should rock your world.

Yeah, the website isn't really reliable for information unless you happen to catch it immediately after an update.

I talked with Jim in person about this and he said they haven't tested it yet, but they feel they will be able to do 100fps @ 2k.
