OK, so I've been posting quite heavily the past few days. Mostly "noob" type stuff and some jokes etc. I'm in the process of leaving my current location and have 21 hours of footage I'm selling to a local production company as there will be no source for new underwater stock as and when I leave this place. That said I have many hours sitting here thinking things through which explains my presence over the past days.

Not only am I getting ready for a big step in my career, have also just co-authored a short story book (my first), am part way through writing down an idea for a screenplay (been working on that one for two years already) and have just received confirmation that a recent short film has been accepted for a Festival in the south of France at the end of October.

No point to this mail really. Just wondering what others do to pass the time when locked down on archiving etc?

Cheers all and here's to a continued wish for lively (not derogatory) discussions on all things RED.

Cheers,
Mark.

Mark,
Chill.....you're an addict man! how to pass the time. Well, what about pc solitair? that can kill a few hours. Or there's also internet gambling. Or what about just loading up on some of that beatle nut and getting wasted till you leave the island? you might have to get a teeth whiteining afterwords...but I'm sure you'll find that a time passer.

Best my friend,
JOhnny :clown2:

Betel Nut is overrated unless you chew it after a few beers! Cold sweats, numbness and a desire to vacate your bowels at any given time kills many a howlie interested in going 'island'.

Red Guy, sounds like you're good at juggling too!!

I pass the time by spending time on this board.

Although, lately, since delivery of the first 50, Time seems to move very very slowly
