I'm trying to figure out where I should sink my money when it comes to post monitoring and long term storage.
I vaguely recall talk of a Red 4k projector. Was that intended for the theatrical market or is that going to be priced to allow smaller production companies to play with the big boys?
And what is everyone doing for long term storage in a tapeless workflow? I've heard talk of using tape backups (as in file backups) for storage. What will you be doing (besides buying a WHOLE lot of hard drives)? And is the Red team working on a secret weapon for this?!
