Design change on the Universal Mount?

All the pictures I have seen of the Universal Mount have thumb screws. The Universal Mount that came with my Base Production Pack have hex head screws. Is this a design change?

Call me spoiled but I really like the thumb screws rather then pulling out the wrench.

Hey Steve... the thumb screws were a design change, fill out a ticket on red.com and someone will send you replacement thumbscrews as soon as we regain stock.

Thanks for the quick response. I know it is a minor thing but those thumb screws rock, it makes the rig so easy to tune; very elegant.
