Just received red, unpacking ?

Just got my red one and I am thrilled to get it. Just wondering it says must be grounded while handling. Is this everytime you handle the camera or is it just for unpacking it?

It means don't go off on a wild tangent and shoot crazy footage- stay grounded at all times.... JK

I suspect that means try to discharge any static eletricity before opening the box. I.e. don't drag your feet on a shag carpet and then grab the box. But anyways- it's a pretty tough piece of gear so open er up.
