RED contact us page?

I was replying to a previous RED email regarding my camera/lens reservations and get a auto reply back like this:

The link/url isn't working for me in either safari or firefox. Just me?

From all the way over here on the far side of the pacific:

http://www.red.com/contactus.htm does not work. It appears to redirect to http://www.red.com/contactus.shtml which gives a 404.

http://www.red.com/contact_us does work and loads the Red "contact us" page. Note the lack of trailing .htm.

All on Firefox.

contactus and contact_us will both be valid, but use contact_us for now.
