This poll will give me an idea at what to focus on prior to the RedOne training event.
So far here is whats happening. Thanks to our wonderfull community we have most of the tools we set out for. We will have the RedOne hands on training demo. The official Demo will be on Sat Oct. 6th. If we reach copacity and the demand requires, will have a similar event on Sun. the 7th.
Neil Smith from www.RPMpost.com has graciously offered to house our session on their facility. They have a Barco 2k DLP projector, SCRATCH, FCP MacPros with COLOR, DI theater that seats 33 and a 20 foot screen ... plus two really good colorists that know Apple COLOR and SCRATCH. They are based in West Hollywood on the old Warner Bros movie lot . They have a very large gym where we could set the RED camera up and shoot some scenes. After we'll take groups of 30 or so to view a post demo, followed by a screening on the 2K projector.
Everyone else that has offered to bring from their computers, to food, to Beer- thank you. I will see what else we need as we get closer to the date and contact you. For sure if you want to take home footage you should bring a 200 dollar 8GB card
So what I need right now is for those of you that are sure you can make it to RSVP by emailing me at veugene@gmail.com. I will confirm with each of you.
