Poor quality Dailies

I'm having difficulty getting good quality SD downconverts for burning daily DVDs out of RedcineX. The source footage is 4K anamorphic, and when exported as 640 x 480 Prores, there is terrible terrible aliasing and stair stepping.

2K Prores files look absolutely fine.

Any idea on how to improve this?

What are your debayer settings?

This happens regardless of which debayer setting I use.
