Rocketcine x 1740 + red rocket audio out of sync

I was wondering if anybody had any issues exporting to ProRes LT QT using rocketcinex and red rocket card going out of sync. My quicktimes go out of sync after 10mins. But when i use Redcine-x, i don't have any sync issues, but i do have crashing issues when converting more than 15mins of footage to ProRes LT. Any insight on this matter would really help.

Can you please email the redcinex log files and the crash reports to redcinex at red.com?
