Thanks! It's a real pleasure to be surrounded by super talented guys like Graeme, Jarred, Rob, Stuart, Jim, Ted, Matt, and everyone else you don't hear about.

Although, it ain't official until Jarred makes my name red here.

you are now officially RED :)

Deanan is sure a fantastic asset..

its nice to have someone around that has already been through the 4k development process, and his insight is incredibly valuable as not only a workflow master, but also a talented shooter that has been in high stress shooting environments.

He understands what the end user wants, and more importantly, needs.

This isn't a covert Dalsa operation is it? They haven't sent you undercover to spy on the Red folks?

Just kidding of course! Welcome aboard and look forward to your insight.

Welcome to the family Deanan. I am sure everyone involved is thrilled. On matters that you can talk about, what are your impressions with the program (and camera) compared to when you were on the outside? You may not have time for such a discusssion, but anything you can offer will be of benefit to us all and it will help feed our "jones" for RED info.

Thank Deanan and here is to your continued success.

Thanks for all the welcomes!

My impression of the camera and team was immensely better than what
I was expecting. Everything from the design decisions to the attitude here
is both refreshing and impressive. To say the least, there are some amazing things happening here.

Wow. This is a historical thread. Amazing to read a thread from the beginning. How far things have come.
