Viewing Issue

The issue I am having is somewhat on and off, but when it happens I don't see my image. I can play the timeline and hear the camera audio but there is no image and the histogram is blank.

It did it once before, then started working fine again for a couple days, now it's doing it again.

It's running on an Intel MacBook Pro with Leopard OSX.

I'm not sure where to go with it. Is this a known issue?

So, sometimes a computer reboot will temporarily fix the issue.

Now I am having another issue. The clips I am trying to export are just exporting as black. The length of the clip is correct, but it's just black.

Please email the log files (userfolder/library/applicationsupport/red/redcinex/logs)
to redcinex at red dot com.
