RedCine X low CPU Usage

When rendering from redcine x 211 Cpu usage is quite low looking at the activity monitor.

Is this normal or is there a setting to get this cpu flat out?

When you say quite low, what do you mean? On my 2008 MacPro (8 x 2.8 GHz) I get on avg around 250% processor time on RedCine. It maxes out at 289% and the low is around 197%. But to max that out until a good GUI version of REDLine comes out, I've been running two copies of RC-X. It doesn't max out my processor time like RL will do, but it takes most of it.

I am looking at the 16 core bar display when I use after effects it looks like there is a lot of activity compared with red cine x This is not a complaint just wanted to know if it's normal.
