Matching Red Lenses with other lenses

I'm sure some of the early adopters has used the Red Ones with various lenses.

Just wanted to ask some of those that did whether the footage from different lenses ie. different manufacturers, cut together well in post?

Also, how does the cine lenses compare and cut with the SLR lenses??

Were there significant differences in image?
