Every time I've gone over there or called, I get the vibe that the employees are reasonably happy. (Always a good sign as a customer, too!)

No doubt whoever you hire will have to meet very high standards. And that's a very good thing for those of us who are customers.

This is a great opportunity for someone!
The staff at Duclos has a vast amount of lens knowledge - plus they're very cool people. How do I know? Duclos has been servicing my lenses for a very long time now.
I recommend them highly for lens service, plus IMO their shop would be an interesting place to work.
Someone better step up and snag this position quickly...

Sorry, I am unaware of the rules and regulation pertaining to employment in America, I am a Canadian by the way.

I'm not sure what the laws are regarding Canadian residents. I can imagine the drive from Canada to Southern California would get kinda old after a week or two. ;)
