If you're referring to depth of field, any lens with super 35mm coverage will give you the "cinema style" or "cinema focus" you're looking for.

Yes, it is.
You can use any standard PL-mount cinema lenses on the RED ONE - the RED 18-50mm is but one of many. That said, it's a fantastic lens for the price.
Having 50mm as your longest lens will limit you. You will want to invest in some longer primes or a longer zoom [like RED's 50-150mm zoom, when it becomes available].
If PL-mount cinema lenses are outside your budget, you could purchase one of the other lens mounts [to enable shooting with Canon still lenses, Nikon still lenses, etc].

Hello again nawaf65095,
Maybe you would be better to look through the Lens forum here at REDUser. There you will find all the information on lenses and tests / reviews of a whole array of lenses.
Cheers,
Mark.

Go look at a Depth of Field calculator and can start to get an idea about how many ft/meters from the camera will be in focus. Even at 18mm, you can get a shallow DOF if you subject is close to the camera and your background is somewhat far away.
What's I've been struggling with is should I get the 50-150 or a Cooke 25-250...
