Lomo to PL mount conversion / adapter?

Looking for a good solution to convert some Lomo primes to PL Mount for use on the Red One. Does anyone have any good suggestions? I got a set of 8 of 'em. Any help guiding me in the right direction would be greatly appreciated.

I just converted 7 Lomos to PL working on both PL Red and Canons with PL to EOS adapter. Looks like you need identical mounts for all lenses. Pretty easy...
