I'm interested to find out if anyone is planning on something along the lines of a Red "Boot Camp" to assist new owners adapt from a video workflow to the more "film like" workflow required when using the Red camera.

We have shot extensively on HDCAM but realise that we will have to radically alter the way we work when we take delivery of our Red camera.

Any thoughts? I think that there is considerable scope here for those with a film background to develop some training courses?

Any thoughts?

Best wishes

Scott

Hi Craig

We have used both the f900 and HDW-750P HDCAM cameras (mostly the 750), shooting 1080 25p.

Its not a bootcamp but on http://projectred.net we'll be sharing a TON of info about red production. And for more focused Red Training, the co-founders of Project Red are also offering online courses at http://fxphd.com

Disclaimer: I have no monetary affiliation with fxphd.
