Voice123.com is probably your best bet for finding talent. I've used that site twice for finding talent for corporate videos, and both time I found the perfect voice.

Another great way is to contact any agency that has a VO department (a good many do). If you need any specific suggestions, feel free to PM me and I can get you in contact with a few that I know.
