Red Rocket SDI output question

I can't seem to get a signal from either if the SDI outs from the Rocket card. My monitor is a Panasonic 17"BT-LH1710P.

I've gone through all of the output options and nothing seems to work. All I get is either a blank screen or a green screen.

Any suggestions?

When I first got my rocket this puzzled me too before I realized there is an output button in Redcine you have to push in the video window to enable SDI out. It was a facepalm moment. Hopefully it's as simple as that for you.

Sadly it's not that easy. I've tried everything, re-installed the card, updated software, updated firmware, updated Mac OS. So far nothing. Starting to wonder if the card is defective.

I ran into the green overcast image as well, maybe you're experiencing the same thing?
