My first post and hopefully many more to come... We just got the camera but are waiting for the Base Production Pack and the LCD. Got the 35mm Prime lens for it aswell and have tried it out and the results are truly terrific! See you at IBC!

There are usually a couple of used Base Production Packs for sale. You might want to post a WTB ad for that.
And, wow, RED: almost 8.000 cameras. (Imagine all of them running at the same time. That would be
1.677.721.600.000 pixels per second!)

I know for a fact that Red is past 8000, as the one I ordered last week was 8078. :]

So that is over 400 cameras in under two months. Or about 10 shipped on every single working day.
Wow. Not as in World of Warcraft, but as in: holy maloney schmoney whoopsie.
That begs the question: do they still each get a kiss when shipped off?
