Does anyone have any rental contract templates for a camera rental?

You can grab ours off our website and cut and paste as required. It's in PDF format but not protected, so copying the text should work fine. It's based off the PERA form anyway so other than the Japanese translation and company specific info you should be good to go with some minor tweaks.
