Lens Flare plugin/overlay FCP

Anyone know of any good lens flare plugins or overlays that can be used with Final Cut Pro. I've heard great things about Video Copilot's Optical Flares but am interested in something geared more towards final cut pro.

Any suggestions?

Video Copilots has some great ones.

AE is what id suggest but if you cant go AE, then in FCP you can check out.

Those all have Flare FX.
I haven't done any in FCP as i prefer AE but i just checked my filters and those all have one.

I know you said FCP, but if you have that, you might have Shake... In which case, there is a free Pro Flares pack floating around the web that has some quality starting points for building most flares you would want.

I take it you've tried the free ones in FCP and Motion? If so, there's always Knoll Light Factory:
