I came across this software from Nice Shoes they say it does realtime conversion of r3D files without the red rocket card. They have a demo to try. I'll be giving it a spin later this week.

We must get more technical info on this product! What is the method by which the software is debayering / transcoding the R3Ds into QuickTimes? How do the results look? Are the renders actually useable for finishing, or just this strictly for generating 'offline' files?
