Birger Mount Lens Data Question

How Do I get the Birgermount to accurately show the distances on the viewfinder? I've calibrated it in the mac software before, but the data doesn't seem to "stick"

Also, is there a way to keep the S4/i Lens Data setting from being mysteriously unchecked somehow?

It will uncheck automatically if there is any error between the mount and camera. This also causes the data to not show up until the next reboot.

Some lenses have more issues than others with this system. Most L lenses are fine but some of the older ones have quirks.

Do you have the Viewfactor remote or are you working solely with the BEI software to control the mount?
