It is a very long journey through the year to wait for the RED ONE final NAB release and shipping. People are slowly getting crazy. Whiskey and wine sometimes are the best friends in our lonely and long RED nights. And suddenly I've got also "a bit more crazy" and will make soon two experiments with the lens choice that looks like a madman scientist plays with KINO camera...

I will start with Leica Tele-Elmar-M 4/135mm. After that is coming option using a "simplified" EOS adapter (like for Redrock M2) that can host for example Hasselblad-H Zeiss 80mm f 2,8 another excellent lens choice. Also adapter for Hasselblad-H to Nikon F is ordered and on the way. So the tests are coming very soon. Just have got an email to track my Leica M Viso to Nikon F adapter from Santa Clarita to Long Beach than to LA and than hopefully is already on the plane to Europe, to Austria, to Vienna.

Stay tuned.

You realize this is for visoflex heads only and will not work with your Sumicron M yes?

Interesting thread.
It makes me wonder why Medium format lenses might not be better than 35mm
any ideas?
