Where to find the RED in Auckland

i'm a future red owner who won't receive the camera until spring of next year. i'm shooting a commercial at lake alta for 5 nights next week. we were going to shoot film but the workflow would be better if we could shoot with the red. does anyone have a camera in new zealand yet? will the costs be equivalent to film? part of the reason to shoot RED is to reduce costs and improve process. am i dreaming?

Thanks for the reference Terry. At this stage Red 23 is still undergoing in-house testing and post workflow trials. We will look at commercial work once RedCine becomes available as part of the camera system.

If anyone is interested in working with the camera we are happy to consult to whether it would be suitable for your shoot given the camera is not fully enabled and RedCine has not been released.
