We are gearing up for a feature film shoot Oct. 25 - Nov. 13 in the Kansas City metro area.
We are needing the following:
RED ONE MX camera package for A cam, see below for our DP's wish list.
A DIT that can handle A & B cam data, and dailies on set.
A 2nd AC.
We would love and greatly prefer to find a someone that can provide the camera package and DIT services together, and perhaps recommend a 2nd AC, but we can also rent the camera locally and find the AC elsewhere if need be.
DP's Wish List for A Cam:
Camera:
RED One camera Body (Preferably MX)
Breakout Box - to get HD-SDI
2 x RED-DRIVE to be able to switch and shoot while transferring
CF cards as backup
RED 7'' on board LCD
RED 5'' LCD ** additional to see 2nd camera
RED EVF ViewFinder
Batteries + charger
Arri MB-14 or other 6x6 matte box
Arri Follow Focus + whip & crank
O'Connor 25/75 Head - Mitchel
Panasonic 17" LCD Monitor for director
Filters 6x6:
Circular POLA
ND set: 3, 6, 9, 12
ND Grad SE
ND Grad HE
Soft FX / other diffusion TBD (for heaven effect scenes)
Lenses:
First choice is Zeiss Ultra Primes. 16mm, 24mm, 32mm, 50mm, 85mm, 100mm
Alternative first choice is Cooke S4, a set of 18mm, 25mm, 32mm, 50mm, 75mm, 100mm
Second choice would be Zeiss Super Speeds, a set of: 18mm, 25mm, 35mm, 50mm, 85mm (We can rent the super speeds locally for B cam to match, anything else we will have to fly in.)
This a production running under a SAG Modified Low Budget agreement.
