I am running RocketCine for the last time on a commercial and post sent their requirements as follows,
Apple Pro Res Files
1920x1080
Shoot Audio to Camera
Timecode on Quicktimes must match original
Be sure the Quicktimes have Audio
So i set it up and some of the qt's have bars at the top and some are 'fit to width'. Do I have the option to transcode all files 'Fit to Width' no matter what the camera sends to the mag? We are shooting 60 frames a lot and bouncing between 2k, 3k, and 4K.
After this quick stint I am switching to Red Cine, but need to finish in Rocket.
Any advice is helpful. Also should post have told me '1920 x 1080 fit to width'? opinions please...
The above specs are an exact copy paste from the email I got from them. I thought everything was set up right. Live and learn,
Cheers,
Andrew
