I would recomend getting 15mm lightweight and Heavy support. I like 15mm support because it is the most common at rental houses, the heavy support if you are planning on useing alot of large zooms.
I have not seem the redrock mattebox but it does sound like a bargin!

RED's accessories are all set up for 19mm at 105mm spacing.
The adapter, when mounted on a universal plate, adapts to 15mm rods at 60mm spacing. AFAIK they do not yet have an adapter for 15mm rods at 100mm spacing.

There is the Red Arri 15mm base.

Looks like it's set for 100mm offset spacing.

You could just buy the 19-15 adapter. It can look a little awkward and it does add weight... but it'd save you from repurchasing ALL of your accessories.
Remember that many accessories are modular. I've seen many cases where one can simply order a 19mm bracket for their product, which replaces the 15mm bracket already installed.
Oo, or that base plate... forgot about that one.

Thanks Evin that looks like the solution there.

Whether or not you need an adapter depends entirely on what rod size and offset you buy as well as the rod size and offset of your accessories.

OK, so here's a concrete example;
What doohickeys will I need from RED in order to use my Arri FF-2 (15mm) and my Arri 6.6x6.6 mattebox and Cooke 20-100 Lens?
19-15mm adapter seems like a good start. How about the heavyweight rods for this setup? Anything else?

You need either the 15mm base that Evin posted a photo of, or a combination of the 15mm adapter and a universal mount. Both will use standard 15mm rods.
Here are links to the items you'll need in the store:
Option #1:
RED Arri 15mm Base (http://www.red.com/store/product_detail/43)
Option #2:
RED 15mm Adapter (http://www.red.com/store/product_detail/72)
Universal Mount (http://www.red.com/store/product_detail/52)

Keep in mind that many Arri products can be modified to work with 19mm systems. The FF-2 is fairly old and may be stuck at 15@100mm, but their more modern products all have a way to adapt to 19@105mm. Check to see if your accessories can be modified if a 19mm system would work with your goals.

Courtesy of Brook's gallery, I found a decent shot of the 15mm adapter paired with the universal mount:

You can see the 19mm rods of the RED system below, and the smaller, 15mm rods (60mm separation) mounted on top. This setup will allow you to use your 15mm accessories without needing to purchase the expensive Arri 15mm base.

Of course you will need to purchase the 15mm adapter $95 and the base to screw it down to Universal Mount $125.
Still a lot less expensive than adapting by putting an Arri base plate under for 100/15mm.
Looking at this 15mm 60mm ctr. adapter which screws down with one screw, I cannot see any locking pin or slot to align it with the axis of the 19mm rods. how solid will this be?
I'm concerned that this can rotate sideways especially in the direction of the threads and therefore work loose. Has anyone actually used one. Is there a locating pin or slot to maintain alignment??? There are other holes in the universal mount but the adapter is only shown from the top, and it doesn't look thick enough front to rear to contain an alignment pin that would fit the holes in the universal mount, perhaps there is such a pin to one side?
I'm also concerned that when one puts the 100/15mm adapter plate on the bottom then the mounting of magazine batts to the rear must be supported by only the rear bracketry and the 105/19mm rods going out the rear, cannot any longer be attached at the front of the body? Thus the whole support will be from the one bracket.

I've used several on several different occasions. While there is no key to keep it aligned, I have not had one come loose. You pay attention to keeping it square while installing it and crank it down tight enough. No problems thus far. Could it be better? Sure. But does it work? Yep.
